Delivery & Returns
All jewellery pieces are made to order so please allow between 5 to 10 working days from order date to despatch. Should you have a special occasion or date that you require the jewellery by please to let me know in the email and I will do my utmost to meet your deadline.
Once an order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with an estimated delivery date. You will then receive a final email notification when your order has been dispatched so you know when to expect your delivery. On the rare occasion, that your jewellery will not be ready within 5 to 10 working days, due to seasonal demands, I will let you know immediately with an estimated dispatch date for your approval.
All deliveries are sent as securely as possible via a tracked and insured service. You will be required to sign upon receipt; please consider this when selecting your delivery address.
Orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will be with you the following day after dispatch.
I hope you are delighted with your purchase but should you wish to return any item you have 14 days to do so, for a full refund. During the Christmas Season a full refund can be had until January 15th.
The unworn items must be returned in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. You will then receive a refund or exchange to the full value of your purchase. You are responsible for the safe return of the jewellery and we recommend you send items using a delivery service that insures you to the full value of goods. I do not take any responsibility for items that are lost in transit. The cost of returning the item to me is your responsibility. Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the goods were sent in error or were faulty.
Any bespoke orders, commissions or special sizes are non returnable.
All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org letting me know the package is on its way. Let us know the reason for the return, and if you would like a replacement, swap or a refund. All items must be returned in the same unused condition they were received in and in the original packaging.
Terms and conditions
Currently there is do direct shop on this website as it is work in progress, thus I will send you a PayPal link once you have contacted me by email and made your order. Alternatively I am also able to take your credit card details over the phone if you would prefer to pay in that way.
Prices on items listed on the site are subject to change without notice. I try my best to ensure all information is correct but sometimes things are missed. If a price has been incorrectly shown on the site ina norrman is not bound to honour this. The customer will be contacted and will be able to decide if they wish to continue with the purchase at the correct price. However, once an order has been placed and accepted the price will not change.
The photographs, descriptions, sizes and colours of the pieces are as accurate within reason. However due to the handmade nature of the jewellery and the natural materials and methods used, slight variations may occur. Colours may vary from images and illustrations due to different browsers or variations in computer monitors. If you have any queries, please email email@example.com
